Step 1 – A Phone Call
All of our Hypnosis Programs begin with an informal, no obligation phone call.
The purpose of this is so that we can find out:
- Where you are in the 5 Stages of Change,
- Whether we are the right people to help you,
- If your motivation is high enough to stick with the hypnotherapy program,
- Whether making these changes is a priority in your life,
- To answer any questions you may have,
- To find out if you qualify for our *FREE Hypnosis, Senior Discounts or Community Service Hypnosis Programs.

Step 2 – 1st Hypnosis Session
The purpose of this session is:
- For us to get to know you better and for us to understand exactly what changes you want to make in your life,
- For you to get to know us better and for you to understand exactly what we can and cannot do for you,
- For us to teach you what hypnosis is,
- For you to learn how to go into hypnosis quickly and easily,
- We will ask you to take some steps to prepare yourself for the “Change-Work” session
Step 3 – 2nd Hypnosis Session
This hypnotherapy session is the “Change-Work” session, it is normally 1 week after your 1st hypnosis session.
Step 4 – 3rd Hypnosis Session
This hypnotherapy session is valid for 90 days after your 1st session and is normally used 2-3 weeks after the “Change-Work” session if your are following our Quit Smoking Hypnosis Program or if you are following our Virtual Gastric Band Weight Loss Program then it is recommended that you use this hypnotherapy session within 1 -2 weeks after your Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis Session with the option of booking other sessions if you feel you need them.
