Step B – AWARE


The AWARENESS that develops at the end of Step A makes them feel uncomfortable about continuing to smoke. The growing clarity about the dangers and disadvantages about smoking is motivating the person to look for a way out of the smoking trap.

They are most likely to try to quit smoking using willpower, patches, gum or medical drugs. When all those methods fail then usually as a last resort smokers will consider hypnosis, which in reality is THE most effective way to quit smoking as proved by these scientific research studies.
